Refund policy
- We do not accept returns on "Custom" or "Ready to Ship" wigs. All sales on wigs are FINAL.
- Bundles , closures and frontals can be exchanged but not returned for a refund. Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days of receiving your hair. Hair must be unworn ,unwashed, unbrushed, uncut and unprocessed to be eligible for an exchange. The exchange will be processed back to you in the form of store credit.
- Returns that weren’t approved by us will be returned to you.
- Kindly ensure you have chosen the right particulars in regards to your order as modifications will come at an extra charge.
- We do not modify colors on shipped wigs. We ensure that all colors are replicated as close as possible to what was chosen. In the case of a custom color with inspiration from someone else’s work , kindly note that we will be using totally different products and techniques so results will only come out as inspiration but not the exact color.
- Kindly inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles.

- We do not take responsibility for damaged hair on closures, frontals and bundles caused by any chemical process which was not done by us.
- Processing of custom wigs take 10-20 business days to process and for holiday seasons please allow an additional 5 days.
- Please allow 3-4 days for items to ship after processing.
