• Color wigs : Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and camera lenses. Please review all images and read descriptions before placing an order. Additionally, our wigs are cut to achieve a flawless finish therefore, the base length of the wig is the same as stated but might be a bit shorter.

• Ready to wear wigs : We do not allow modifications to our ready to ship wigs due to long wait time associated with custom wigs. We advise you request for a custom wig which takes 10-20 business days.

• Closures, frontals and bundles :We are not liable for damages on closures,frontals and bundles purchased that’s aren’t custom made by us. These include custom color , bleached knots , heat styling and any other chemical process.

• We advise any chemical process service on wigs be offered by us.

• Credit card fraud of our products will lead to prosecution by the law.

• Order confirmation indicates acceptance of our terms.
